“Groove Stars” is a theme-based lesson plan series set up for a 6-week mini-session of preschool dance! The plans are broken down class-by-class and the structure of the class, the warm-up routine and the goodbye routine remain consistent through each week. All other activities within each week will correlate with the weekly theme. This creates the perfect balance of consistency and variety, which is beneficial for the preschool age group
