Check In Pointe

Check In Pointe is your backstage information hub for recital staff and volunteers.

$149 per year.  Unlimited dancers, unlimited shows, and unlimited devices.  Use Check In Pointe for all of your performances (recitals, holiday shows, parades, etc.) all-year round.  Includes 500 SMS message credits.

• Check dancers in/out of backstage by searching their name on one screen.  When dancer gets checked in, a text message will be sent to the parent so they know they arrived backstage safely.
• Track who dropped off each dancer or use a secure PIN code, so that the right parent picks up the right dancer.
• Keep track of the exact time each dancer is signed in and out, so you know exactly who left early.
• When a dancer is signed in, the system alerts the check-in staff of any alerts such as important medical information, an unpaid tuition balance or an emergency on-stage rehearsal.  It can also alert the check-in staff which dressing room to direct the dancer to.
• Contactless check in options with barcode or QR code scanning.
• Waiver management for liability or jewlery waivers. Parents can sign directly on the device.
• Check In Pointe users have access to each dancer's individual show schedule.  A dancer comes off stage and doesn't know what costume to get into next?  No problem!
• Message parents during the show.  You can message an individual parent (if a dancer isn't feeling well), message a class (to come early for an extra rehearsal), or message a dressing room (that someone left a headpiece behind).
• Print or email parents recital confirmations with that dancer's rehearsal, photo, and show schedules.
• Track production information for each group, such as scenery/prop information and lighting/sound cues.  Print reports for your technicians.
• Track your recital to-do list. Mark tasks as complete within Check In Pointe.  Great for season-long recital tasks (like booking the videographer and picking up the flowers) or for day of show tasks for your backstage staff (like making sure coloring sheets are put out and that the dressing room bathrooms are unlocked).
• Track your volunteer sign ups and sign them in/out alongside your dancers.
